Install wordpress.org (FREE) from the control panel of your domain hosting company, install a free theme and configure it.

Purchase Memberpress plugin and configure it (Cost $130)

Total cost: $163/ year

2) Third party service provider if they can give a better deal.

Here you have three choices:
